Get outside at Selly Manor this summer!
Explore the wild parts of Selly Manor in activities for children aged 0 - 12.
Spend time in the garden and get to know natural environments. Designed for children to access and connect mindfully with green spaces, through open-ended play and creative activities.
Some of the activities will be led by the museum team. Expect storytelling, herb soap making, botanical clay art, and fruit and veg printing. The full activity timetable will appear here soon.
PLUS drop-in crafts all day - follow the instructions or see where your creativity takes you!
Do some cloud watching, play, and enjoy garden games.
Children need to be dressed appropriately for messy activities and play. Parents and guardians must remain on site for the duration.
We have sensory tools and ear defenders available for children.

Free entry for BVT residents. If children are taking part in the activities child ticket charge applies.
No need to book - drop in! Sign up for staff-led activities on the day.
Last entry 3.30pm.
Accessibility
Activities will take place in the garden and Minworth Greaves which is on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible. The garden is all on one level.
